IMPORTANT: This service is for seniors over 60, people who are at elevated health risk from COVID-19, people who are unable to wear a mask for medical reasons, and people who are sick and staying isolated.
Please thoroughly read the information here before placing your order, since our policies may be adapted to changing circumstances.
We fill orders for essential pantry-staple items in limited quantities. This is not intended as a convenient service for the general public, so please be considerate and refrain from ordering if the above does not apply to you.

New orders are accepted Monday-Thursday from 9AM – 3PM. We need at least 1 full business day to fill your order. We do not fulfill same-day orders, sorry! There are two ways to place an order: submit a request online (preferred), or call the store at 603-444-2800.
How to Order Online (Preferred):
- Fill out the Order Request form at the bottom of this page.
- The order limit is 30 items, including 2 perishable items max. No frozen items, no hot items, no prepared items, & no alcohol- sorry!
- We need 1 full business day to shop for your order. Please see the schedule further down for our estimated Order & Pickup schedule.
- We can make substitutions if you request we do so. If we are completely out of stock of an item you requested, we will skip that item.
- When your order is ready we will call with your total and to arrange payment. You may pay with a credit card over the phone, or bring a check when you pick up.
- Please come to pick up your order the same day we call you, and plan to arrive before 4PM. Please park next to the car charging stations. If you have a cell phone, call the store to let us know you’re outside!
- A staff member will bring your order out to your car, and you’re all set!
How to Order By Phone:
We strongly prefer that you order online- our phones are extremely busy at this time.
- Write down a list of 30 items you would like to order.
- Call the store at 603-444-2800 on Monday – Friday between 9AM-3PM, and ask to place a Curbside Pickup order.
- We’ll take your order over the phone. We’ll ask for your name, member number, and a description of your vehicle (for when you pick up!)
- The order limit is 30 *essential* items, including 2 perishable items max. No frozen items, no hot items, no prepared items, & no alcohol- sorry!

Order & Pickup Schedule
Phone orders are accepted Monday-Friday from 9AM – 3PM. Online orders may be placed at any time.
We require at least 1 full business day to fill orders. We fill orders for pickup on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Orders placed before 3PM Monday-Thursday will be ready the next weekday morning. Orders placed after 3PM Monday-Thursday will be added to the schedule for the next fulfillment day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be ready the following week.

Please Keep in Mind:

- Please use the online form if possible, since our phone lines are limited and our store is very busy.
- We only accept orders on Monday – Friday from 9AM-3PM.
- Please limit your order to 30 ESSENTIAL pantry-staple type items.
- Please limit your selections to 2 of each item.
- Please limit your order to 2 perishable items. This includes anything refrigerated, including meats, deli items, produce, dairy, eggs. Our refrigeration space is very limited.
- No hot items
- No prepared items
- No frozen items
- No alcohol
- We cannot change or add on to your order after it has been placed, sorry.
- We will make substitutions if you say it is ok, and we will pick the closest item possible.
- If an item you ordered is missing, it’s because it’s completely out of stock. Sorry!
- We are unable to expedite orders, so please plan ahead.
- If you have a slow internet connection, it may take a moment for your order to be submitted. Please be patient and wait for the confirmation page to load, otherwise your order will not be received. Please do not refresh this page or use the back button, or your order may be duplicated. Thanks!

There is a limit of (2) perishable items due to limited storage space in our refrigerators. We cannot fill orders for frozen items, hot or prepared foods, or alcohol.
