Support the Co-op Food Fund

Help Us Make a Difference in Our Community

The Littleton Co-op Food Fund is committed to helping families and individuals in need when they shop at the Co-op. One of our primary initiatives is Market Match, which offers Snap/EBT shoppers a 50% discount on fruits, vegetables, and other eligible items. Your generous contributions make it possible for us to provide this valuable support to our neighbors in need. Every donation, regardless of its size, has a meaningful impact.

Donate Today

Your support is vital. By contributing to the Littleton Co-op Food Fund, you help ensure that we can continue providing Market Match benefits and that everyone in our community has access to fresh, healthy food. You can donate online right here, or stop by the co-op and tell your cashier you’d like to donate.

We'll send you a confirmation email once your donation is processed

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Market Match?

Market Match offers nutritional support to SNAP participants by providing a 50% discount on fruits and vegetables, helping make healthy food more accessible.

How long has Market Match been running?

The Market Match program was launched in 2017 and has shown significant growth in the amount of fresh fruits and vegetables purchased by our SNAP participants.

How many people benefit from Market Match?

In 2025, an average of 662 local community members and families relied on this assistance each month at our Co-op, with 71.71% of those purchases made using Market Match.

What other programs does the Co-op Food Fund support?

The Co-op Food Fund supports various food assistance initiatives, including Healthy Food Access, emergency response programs, and other needs-based initiatives for Co-op shoppers.

What is the current funding gap for Market Match?

We anticipate a $18,000 funding gap from now until our next state allotment arrives in May 2026. This gap highlights the urgent need for continued support of the program.

How was Market Match funded previously?

In May 2025, we received a $40,000 allotment from the NH Food Bank for the year. Additionally, we raised $9,015.74 during the holiday season, which helped sustain the program.

Didn’t we already fundraise for Market Match?

In Fall 2025, our funding from the NH Food Bank was running low, and the need in the community had reached a critical point just before the holidays. We decided to partner with the Food Bank to raise funds for Market Match through our Partner of the Month Program. As a community, we raised an additional $9,015.74, which thankfully carried us through the holiday season.

How do I donate?

The easiest way is to donate online, right on this page! We can also accept cash, check, or credit / debit card donations in person at the register; we have some handy donation cards that you can hand to your cashier.

You may also mail a check made out to Littleton Food Co-op, and put Co-op Food Fund on the memo line so we know what it’s for. Our address is 43 Bethlehem Road, Littleton, NH, 03561.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

The Co-op is not a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, so your donation is unfortunately not tax-deductible. Sorry!
