Breakfast
Our breakfast sandwiches offer something for everyone. Mix and match a bagel, croissant, or port muffin with egg, cheese, and your favorite proteins like bacon, sausage, and tomato. Or roll it up burrito style! Vegan and gluten free options available daily. (Not a gluten-free kitchen).
Fuel your busy day with one of our house-made breakfast sandwiches, or grab a slice of quiche and a savory pastry. Don’t forget a cup of Equal Exchange coffee from the Cafe on your way out to conquer your day!
Lunch
Our chefs work hard to craft a monthly rotating menu of hot lunch sandwiches that are seasonal, unique, and delicious. We also have three varieties of pizza slices and two soups everyday. What’s better than a pre-made lunch you didn’t have to cook? Grab chips and a sweet treat to get ‘ya through the day!
May Hot Lunch:
- BBQ Roast Beef: sliced roast beef with crispy onions, banana peppers, Swiss cheese, and BBQ sauce on wheat bread
- Local North Country Black Forest Ham, swiss cheese, Granny Smith apple slices, and Dijon mustard on wheat bread
- Chipotle Chicken Sandwich: chicken tenders, smoked gouda cheese, tomato, and chipotle aioli on a ciabatta bun
- Eggplant Parm sub with marinara and provolone cheese on a sub roll
- Turkey Reuben with oven roasted turkey breast, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, and 1000 Island dressing on rye bread
Dinner
We know that sometimes grocery shopping leaves you too tired to shop, so we made you dinner! We put out a new hot dinner every night, so there’s no need to worry about prep work or dishes. Call the store at (603) 444-2800 to find out tonight’s dinner specials. Dinners are packaged in individual servings and use only the best ingredients. The weekly dinner schedule is:
- Monday: Pot Roast Mondays — a Co-op tradition!
- Tuesday: Winner Winner Chicken Dinner
- Wednesday: Vegetarian Special
- Thursday: Pasta Night
- Friday: Catch of the Day
- Saturday and Sunday: Chef’s Choice
We also have fresh roasted rotisserie chickens every day! Rubbed with our own special seasoning blend.
Weekly Specials
Fridays: Burger Day
Our chefs spend all week dreaming up a unique mouth-watering burger for you to kick off your weekend with. There’s no better way to say “TGIF” than with a midday burger from the Co-op. Past examples include:
- Grilled Burger with Swiss cheese, Co-op made Madagascar sauce, sauteed onion, cremini mushrooms, and bell peppers on a toasted brioche bun
- The Nacho burger: grilled burger topped with pico de gallo, Late July Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips, Boar’s Head Jalapeño Pepper Jack cheese, and spicy aioli on a toasted brioche bun
- Grilled burger with Sambal Oelek sauce, thick sliced Boar’s Head American cheese, bacon, and Wildbrine kimchi
- The Cheesesteak Burger: grilled burger topped with melty provolone, sautéed peppers, onions, and mushrooms, and a garlic parmesan aioli on a toasted brioche bun

No, you’re not at the ballpark; you’re still at the Co-op! We took America’s favorite classic and are now offering it with a Co-op twist. Stay tuned for a variety of hot dog specials each week on Saturdays!
The Cold Case
We stock a variety of premade sandwiches, wraps, and salads in the Deli cooler for your convenience. Look for new offerings added regularly alongside Co-op favorites like Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad, the Mt. V’Eustis vegan sandwich, and Chicken Caesar Wrap.
